Shipping policy

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.
Days are subject to change due to inventory. Some orders are able to be
received next day, whereas larger orders that require manufacturing will
take up to 2-3 weeks.

As of 05/01/2025, the Supplier personally performs intrastate bulk
deliveries in Massachusetts and select other locations within a 2-hour
drive from headquarters, any delays due to outside carriers or customs are
not the responsibility of the Supplier.

We do not ship international orders at this time, effective as of 05/01/2025.
